We pride ourselves in providing a fast shipping experience. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Your order will ship standard shipping unless you select a shipping upgrade at checkout.

US orders of $50 or more get free standard shipping.

Where Your Order Ships From
All orders are packed and dispatched from our own warehouse. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually handed to the carrier the same week they are received.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan while the carrier processes the parcel.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to calculate or prepay them on your behalf.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking says delivered but the parcel is not with you, please allow 24 hours and check with anyone else at the address and with your neighbours. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered shortly before it arrives.
If it still has not turned up, or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us and we will put it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping cost.
